Welcome to the first page of By the Saints. I plan on releasing every Monday if all possible. (OK I released first on Sunday so it will be a day early the first time, but from here on out it will be Mondays. ;) ) The interface will be tweeked a couple times so expect some URL and bookmark changes until I come up with a layout I am satisfied with. Oh And everyone thank Tanabi and Feren: the former for helping my computer illiterate butt have the comic interface you see here, and Feren for hosting the site on his server. My hats off to both as I would be dead in the water without you.This first frame of this page was one of the most intimidating pictures I have ever done. I origonally planned on inking the comic and the big top frame just kicked my can the first 3 times I attempted it. I am not the best inker in the world. Jay Naylor (Fisk) and I were talking RL and he made a comment in passing that one of the neat things about net comics is you can use any media you want. BING! Who said comics HAD to be inked. Out came my trusty pencils and the impossible frame fell by the wayside. =) I love graphite.
Oh! And for the record, I didnt think of the Cliche "It was a dark and stormy night" until it was pointed out to me by a friend.
Anyhow. Welcome to the comic. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have had fun drawing it.
